Fireproof This enchantment reduces damage from fire: by 2 units and burning time by 0.75 second (level 1) by 4 units and burning time by 1.5 second (level 2) by 6 units and burning time by 2.25 seconds (level 3) by 8 units and burning time by 3 seconds (level 4) 3. Fall Protection This enchantment reduces damage from falling by 3 units (level 1), 6 units (level 2), 9 units (level 3), 12 units (level 4). 4. Explosion protection This enchantment reduces damage from explosions by 2 units (level 1), 4 units (level 2), 6 units (level 3), 8 units (level 4). 5. Shelf-proof This enchantment reduces damage from projectiles by 2 units (level 1), 4 units (level 2), 6 units (level 3), 8 units (level 4). 6. Amphibian This enchantment extends time of underwater breathing by 15 seconds (level 1), 30 seconds (level 2), 45 seconds (level 3) and increases the distance of vision underwater up to 10 blocks (level 1), 20 blocks (level 2), 30 blocks (level 3). 7. Aquaman This enchantment increases the mining rate while a player is underwater. The mining rate becomes like being on land. 8. Increased damage Armor enchanted with Increased damage enchantment deals 0.15 unit (level 1), 0.3 unit (level 2) and 0.45 unit (level 3) of damage to mobs that attack a player. 9. Diver This enchantment increases the movement speed by 33% (level 1), 66% (level 2) and 100% (level 3) while a player is underwater. 10. Skater 3 blocks (level 1) or 4 blocks (level 2) of water in front of a player turns to ice when a player wears boots enchanted with Skater enchantment. 11. Binding Curse This enchantment prevents a drop of an enchanted item. 12. Sharp Sword This enchantment causes an increase of damage by 1 unit (level 1), 1.5 unit (level 2), 2 units (level 3), 2.5 units (level 4), 3 units (level 5). 13. Swipe This enchantment causes an increase of damage to undead mobs by 2.5 units (level 1), 5 units (level 2), 7.5 units (level 3), 10 units (level 4), 12.5 units (level 5). 14. Insect killer This enchantment increases damage that a player deals to insects by 2.5 units (level 1), 5 units (level 2), 7.5 units (level 3), 10 units (level 4), 12.5 units (level 5). 15. Thrust This enchantment causes an increase of the knockback. Attacking mobs with a sword enchanted with this enchantment leads to a knockback of mobs by 3 blocks (level 1) and by 6 blocks (level 2). 16. Burning Spell This enchantment is used to set a target on fire for 4 seconds (level 1) and for 8 seconds (level 2). 17. Trophy This enchantment causes an increase of mobs looting. Level 1 - Using this enchantment allows to obtain 1 additional common item. The chance to obtain uncommon item increases up to 50%, rare item - up to 1%, equipment item - up to 1%. Level 2 - Using this enchantment allows to obtain 2 additional common items. The chance to obtain uncommon item increases up to 66%, rare item - up to 2%, equipment item - up to 2%. Level 3 - Using this enchantment allows to obtain 3 additional common items. The chance to obtain uncommon item increases up to 75%, rare item - up to 3%, equipment item - up to 3%. 18. Operativity This enchantment causes an increase of the mining rate by 30% (level 1), 69% (level 2), 120% (level 3), 186% (level 4), 271% (level 5). 19. Gentle Touch Blocks drop themselves in the result of mining with a tool enchanted with Gentle Touch enchantment. 20. Indestructibility This enchantment allows to reduce the chance of consumption of item's durability. Level 1 - armor loses a unit of durability with a probability of 80%, tools and weapons - with a probability of 50% Level 2 - armor loses a unit of durability with a probability of 73.3%, tools and weapons - with a probability of 33.3% Level 3 - armor loses a unit of durability with a probability of 70%, tools and weapons - with a probability of 25% 21. Repulsive This enchantment causes an increase of arrows knockback. Attacking mobs with a bow enchanted with this enchantment leads to a knockback of mobs by 4 blocks (level 1) and 8 blocks (level 2). 24. Burning Arrow This enchantment is used to set a target on fire with the help of a bow for 5 seconds. 25. Unrestricted Shooting doesn't consume arrows when a bow is enchanted with Unrestricted enchantment. However, arrows with effects will consume anyway. 26. Lucky This enchantment increases the chance to catch some valuable items in the result of fishing. The default chance is 5%. This enchantment increases the chance to catch some valuable items up to 7.1% (level 1), 9.2% (level 2) and 11.3% (level 3). 27. Lucky Rod This enchantment increases the rate of fishing. Waiting time during fishing is between 5 and 46 seconds. This enchantment reduces the waiting time by 5 seconds (level 1), 10 seconds (level 2), 15 seconds (level 3). 28. Repair Experience points are used to repair a durability of an item enchanted with Repair enchantment. 29. It depends on your goals what to choose We think that the best enchantment for a sword is Burning Spell. And Sharp Sword maybe Pickaxe. It's definitely Operativity. Also "Lucky". Bow. Axe, shovel should be enchanted with Operativity, Lucky and Indesctuctibility. Because these enchantments allow to mine faster, increase loot while mining and reduce the chance of item's durability consumption. Shield should be enchanted with Indesctuctibility to reduce the chance of item's durability consumption.
